| What is the difference between List View and Calendar View? | List View shows
Timberland events in a list format. The search pane on the left helps
you find events by library, by event type, or by keyword.
Calendar View shows event titles and times on a monthly calendar. Move the cursor over the event title to see a pop-up with more information. Click on a title at any time for more information. Click on the words "Search Slider" to display the search pane. |

| What do the colors of event titles mean? |

| What does the More Info icon mean? | Click this to display all available information about this event. |
| What does Show Similar do? | This displays all events with the same Event Type scheduled at this library. |
| What does Email a Friend do? | Click this to display a form where you can send information about this event to yourself or to a friend. You can send to one email address at a time. |
| What does Notify Me do? | This lets you subscribe to email notifications of other similar events (events with the same Event Type) scheduled at this library. The email notifications are sent 15 days before the similar event is scheduled. You can subscribe for multiple event types and libraries. | What does Print do? | This displays a printer-friendly pop-up window with information about this event. Click on the Print button to print this information. |
| What does Download to Calendar do? | If you are using a computer with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or an Outlook-compatible email client, you can use this tool to add the event to your calendar. |
| What does Remind Me do? | An email reminding you about this event is sent to you 2 days in advance. |
| What is a Search Slider? | This is a search pane that displays to the left of the calendar. Use it to search for events by library, by date or date range, by event type, or by a keyword or phrase in the event title or description. |
| Why doesn't Keyword searching work? | Keyword searching is limited. You can search for a single word or part of a word, or you can search for a phrase where the key words are next to each other. You cannot search for multiple keywords that are not next to each other in the event title or description. |
| Why do I get "Web Page Expired" when I try to go back to the previous page? | You can avoid this message by using the Back button on the Events calendar instead of using your web browser's Back button. |
| What's an RSS Feed?

When you see the RSS Feed button on our website, you can receive automatic updates to that page as an RSS news feed. RSS feeds alert you to new events as soon as they are added to the library calendar. |
| How does RSS work? | Most news readers allow you to subscribe by copying the link from your browser and pasting it into the news reader. Consult your news reader's help guide on how to subscribe to news feeds. |
| What RSS reader should I use? | There are many good free RSS readers than
can be downloaded or used via a web site.
