 Meet for a book chat, games, snacks and a craft. Register at the library a week before the program and pick up the featured book, "The Rag Coat" by Lauren Mills. Unable to afford a new winter coat, Minna’s Appalachian neighbors the “Quilting Mothers,” piece together a beautiful new coat from special quilting scraps.
