Sentimental Journey: Songs and Stories from WWII

Description:
 LOCATION: United Church of Raymond at 502 Duryea Street in Raymond. Wearing vintage World War 2 military uniforms, singer Dina Blade, WW 2 veteran and storyteller Ray Puddicomb, and pianist Hans Brehmer will perform a USO-style show. The performance features popular songs of the era matched with stories of Puddicomb’s wartime experiences. The program is followed by a 15 minute Q&A. This performance will also be at the Ilwaco Timberland Library on Friday, November 9 at 1 p.m. The two shows are funded by all five Timberland Regional libraries in Pacific County.
