 This conversation, led by State Senator Jeanne Kohl-Welles, offers historical, cultural, socioeconomic and public-policy perspectives on human trafficking. We will explore complex questions related to the ethics and policy around this issue, face misconceptions about human trafficking, and examine what is being done to intervene and prevent it. Historical accounts, film and current events will be used to provide context. This program is co-sponsored by Humanities Washington.
