 View the award-winning PBS documentary “Coming to Light” directed by Anne Makepeace. The film tells the story of photographer Curtis and the creation of his monumental portfolio of Native American images, and juxtaposes the work with North American Natives' reactions to it. Viewers will have the opportunity to engage in informal discussion after the film. This program is part of Timberland Reads Together: “Short Nights of the Shadow Catcher" by Timothy Egan, Timberland Regional Library’s one book-one community reading initiative for 2013.
